1.Dial a local Access Number, We do have a toll free number, let us know if toll free access is needed
2.When prompted, dial the phone number for the person you want to call.DO NOT hit send if using a mobile phone.
3- To Make a call: Call any of the access numbers, wait till you hear your balance, then enter the international destination (011+country code + number) OR (Country code + number)
4.iTellTelecom will automatically connect your call.Calls are billed in 1-sec increments
5.When using iTellTelecom with your mobile phone, DO NOT hit Send after dialing the phone number for the person you want to call.
6. To make another call, hit ## and then dial the destination number, or hang up and redial the access number.
7. To recharge your balance over the phone Press the star key [*] then [4], or use your web account.
8-To add speed dial: Call any access number, wait till you hear your balance then *6 or *5 to modify.
No Added Fees:
